We are a friendly team of professional Personal Trainers and highly
qualified Pilates Instructors.
Along with the more traditional "one to one" personal training
sessions, we have a very large variety of timetabled “small group”
and "semi-private pilates" sessions available at convenient
times for our clients each week. So you can have one of our experienced
trainers working with you "one on one" and/or you can also
make your training budget go further and share the experience with
others by joining in with the small group PT sessions on the timetables
shown below.
Specialising in Pilates, Boot Camps, Boxing Fitness, TRX and Fat-loss
Challenge Programs, you can meet other like minded clients at our
“small, personalized sessions” who do not want to just go to a gym.
They like you, and like us, believe that there should be a more personalised,
friendly and professional environment in which they can achieve their
