A great variety of indoor and outdoor sessions with sociable groups of participants all aiming at encouraging each other to successful healthy exercise in a fun environment. As groups are usually small, everyone is a real part of the group.

1. You have total control of your bookings and cancellation of small group personal training sessions, with a very efficient "online" personal booking (and early rescheduling) portal.

2. Excellent Variety of SGPT Session Types and Times, such as: Boxing, Pilates Matwork, Suspesion TRX, Boot Camp, Strength / Cardio, Fatloss Challenge and Virtual Reality Cycle Racing.

3. Small numbers in each SGPT session ensure Personalised Service. We have a maximum of about 10 clients per trainer (for most of our small group sessions). This often averages to about 7 per trainer for most of our timetabled sessions. This low average helps us to vary the exercise options for individual clients within each session.
(Note: Boot Camp Sessions may often have a higher number of clients per trainer due to the nature of that program).


4. You can extend your 12 week of SGPT if you need a holiday

You don’t have to exercise every week if that does not fit your schedule. You can miss a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of three weeks in every 12 week package, by just letting us know ahead of time, so that your 12 week package can be extended and will last you longer.

5. Fun & Fitness Small Group Training sessions have the best value for money in Canberra due to our focus on package flexibility, personal service and functional training strategies. The resistance training for example is functional training which enhances strength for improving life and/or sporting performances. This training enhances the body's natural synergistic movement patterns.
