The Fun & Fitness Boot Camp sessions for Spring / Summer 2008 offer a variety of differences to other "Boot Camp" type sessions/courses that you might find around Canberra. The unique features of the Fun & Fitness "Boot Camp" program that make us the best value for money for you are:

  1. High level of organisation and programming of activities so that you will always be doing different activities from session to session. Further, these activities have been rigorously assessed for safety, suitability and motivational content. Activities include competitive group games, boxing and kicking fitness, group cardio and resistance circuits and interval drills using a variety of appropriate equipment.
  2. Instructors that are highly and specifically trained for our Boot Camp programs. They will get "down & dirty" (actually do the same activities as the clients) because this is far more motivating for clients who are working out of their comfort zone and need all the encouragement they can get. If you have been in any of our competitors sessions where this does not happen you will certainly know the difference.

  3. We do actually cater for a variety of different fitness levels by placing people in fitness level specific groups with a dedicated instructor for each group (Subject to numbers booked in to each boot camp session). This means that we can have more specific activities for the lower fitness levels as well as more non-static (moving from place to place) activities for other higher levels of fitness. These activities are highly planned so that you will achieve full enjoyment.

  4. We do not just stay in the one place. We have many non-static activities which add to both the Fun & the Cardio Fitness. Again these activities are highly planned so that you will achieve full enjoyment.
