Continuing Boxing Small Group PT Sessions

After you have attended our beginers boxing course, or even if you have done some boxing fitness elswhere, you can join in to our continuing smal group boxing sessions. Find out which of our many personalised packages will best suit you.

Boxing sessions provide great cardio vascular workouts. The better you get at the boxing technique the better the workout. Fun & Fitness provide small group training sessions in boxing fitness so that beginner and intermediate participants can have a great workout whilst learning and improving their technique with safety.

The boxing fitness sessions also feature a variety of other exercises to improve strength, coordination and heart lung fitness. Boxing classes allow for plenty of interaction between participants and lots of fun including some motivating music.

Safety is a priority and this goes hand in hand with having fun in the classes. All equipment, including gloves inner gloves, mitts, and bags are supplied. All you need is some comfortable clothing and runners, a water bottle and a towel.

Don't be concerned about having to organise and bring along a boxing partner. The Fun and Fitness trainer will match each client with a partner of appropriate strength, fitness and skill level to help maximise the workout effectivness and fun levels.
