

Boxing fitness beginner courses and starters 6 packs allow people without previous boxing experience to learn the correct techniques from the start, therefore creating an excellent skills base for future boxing workouts. Participants will learn various combinations of jabs, crosses, hooks, elbows and uppercuts whilst working their entire bodies effectively.

Because of the small numbers per instructor
in the classes, the instructor/s can take time to correct individual
technique. The instructor/s can also provide a variety of intensity
and exercise options for individuals to suit their skill progress
and current physical fitness levels.
