The perfect place to start if you are in less than great shape, or
just getting a day older.
Our Veterans Boot Camps are aimed at providing
options within our larger bootcamp format for 35+ aged clients, or
clients who would like a little less intensity for one reason or another.

A trainer is allocated specifically for your veteran level of intensity so that you can get the best results possible with less chance of injury. This is yet another reason why Fun & Fitness have the best value boot camps in Canberra.
Our Veteran Boot Camp sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and evenings as a sub group of these larger more intense boot camps. As a veteran you may find that you are actually fitter and stronger than some of the younger participants, so when you are ready you will be able to join the fitter stronger subgroups.
