Fun & Fitness will hold it's third Nutrition seminar in our Pilates Manuka Studio in February 2008 (Date TBC).

This “Fun & Fitness – "Success Support Crew & Healthy Appetites" is part of a series of presentations regarding nutrition, to be held over the next few months at Pilates Manuka. The presentations are available for general public attendance at a cost of $10 per session. However if you know a Pilates Manuka or Fun & Fitness Client you may find that they can organise a big discount for you. My name is Libby and I am really looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals! Here is some information about myself so you can get to know me a little better!

Area of specialty:
I am a qualified Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with a number of years experience in the fitness industry with both Personal and Group Training. I am also currently working on how to integrate chocolate and champagne into the 5 food groups and justify it nutritionally – don’t like my chances of that ever happening though! J.

What is the best thing about your job?
Being able to share my passion for nutrition and fitness with my clients and educating them to make positive changes not only in their own lives, but also in the lives of those around them

Never, ever, give up.
