Fun & Fitness will hold it's third Nutrition seminar
in our Pilates Manuka Studio in February 2008 (Date TBC).

will help clients to learn how to build a powerful social
support network to ensure you stay on track towards your weight
loss goals.
Learn about enhancing your appetite management and reducing
overeating to help keep your diet on track.

“Fun & Fitness – "Success Support Crew & Healthy
Appetites" is part of a series of presentations regarding
nutrition, to be held over the next few months at Pilates
Manuka. The presentations are available for general public
attendance at a cost of $10 per session. However if you know
a Pilates Manuka or Fun & Fitness Client you may find
that they can organise a big discount for you. Bookings are
limited by the size of the Studio, so contact 6290 2270 quickly
if you are interested in focusing on nutritional strategies

My name is Libby and I am really looking forward to helping
you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals! Here is some
information about myself so you can get to know me a little
better!

Area of specialty:
I am a qualified Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist with
a number of years experience in the fitness industry with
both Personal and Group Training. I am also currently working
on how to integrate chocolate and champagne into the 5 food
groups and justify it nutritionally – don’t like my chances
of that ever happening though! J.
What is the best thing about your job?
Being able to share my passion for nutrition and fitness with
my clients and educating them to make positive changes not
only in their own lives, but also in the lives of those around
them
Best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Never, ever, give up.
My
