This four week beginners course will introduce you to the basics of boxing fitness.

Even if you have already done some of our regular boxing sessions, there is no harm joining in on some beginner sessions to hone that technique and burn a few extra calories.

Our experienced instructors will talk you through every jab, hook, cross and weave, to make sure that you are fighting fit.

Following beginners boxing, participants can continue on in one of our standard boxing sessions.
